India Coaxum returned to Lake Research Partners in 2005 and brings with her over 10 years of financial and budgeting expertise. India manages the day-to-day functions for the accounting department and offers support to the Human Resources Department, maintaining payroll and health benefits for all employees. Prior to her return to LRP, she served as the Deputy Director at Youth Vote Coalition where she managed their $2M yearly budget and served as the Human Resources liaison for all employees.

India is a graduate of Howard University School of Business. She loves spending time with her husband Allen and their children, Niko and Nia. Her true love and passion is her commitment to God and she finds joy in working in the church community.

A native of California’s Bay Area, Naomi made her way to Washington, DC via UCLA’s Center for American Politics and Public Policy Program. In 2008, she received her B.A. in sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Marilyn Petzy joined Lake Research Partners in 2009 as staff assistant. Marilyn is originally from Kensington, New Hampshire. She graduated from George Washington University with a degree in political communication. While in college, she interned at CNN and the Office of the Governor of New Hampshire. After college, she served as a team leader for City Year San Antonio. She currently volunteers with the D.C. Rape Crisis Center.
